Introduction to Microsoft Access
The duration of this course is two days. This course introduces the basic skills necessary for using Access. It includes tasks to get started and create, work with, and edit tables, set field properties and also to create relationships between tables. Using simple queries and modifying query results using operators' delegates will be able to analyse tables. Delegates will also learn how to find, filter, and print data.
This course will help attendees be able to:
- To create and modify Access database Objects; Tables, Queries, Forms and Reports
- To locate records in a database using either Filters or simple Queries
- To define relationships between tables
- To output data in report format
Delegates wishing to attend this course do not require any previous experience of Access, however prior database knowledge is useful. Delegates should have attended a formal Windows training session and be competent in the use of both mouse and keyboard.
