Windows, Word and Mail Fundamentals
The duration of this course is one day. This course is designed to develop essential skills in the use of Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook Email.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
- Work confidently with the mouse and keyboard, open and manipulate windows and create, save and manage files and folders.
- Delegates will also develop essential communication skills in a world dominated by technology by introducing delegates to electronic text editing and layout using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook to communicate electronically.
- By the end of this course, delegates will be able to create and format simple Word documents ready to be printed and communicate with colleagues and clients within Outlook by sending and managing e-mails.
Learners wishing to attend this course do not require any previous knowledge of operating a PC.
