Who we are
Established in June 1992, Protech Training Services Ltd aims to provide high quality, professional yet flexible training solutions across the Bedfordshire and Luton, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire areas. We believe those organisations that embrace a learning culture really benefit with increased staff motivation, better communication and team work, improved productivity, higher retention of customers and more new clients. Our courses in personal and management development and IT aim to add value and give an excellent return on investment.
Our Culture
Protech's whole culture stems from the belief that training and learning have real value and importance for the future success of any organisation. We believe in the necessity to develop programmes to individual delegate's requirements and provided post course feedback to training organisers on the success or otherwise of the training event and the training path needed for delegates to fulfil their job roles.
We are striving towards a high quality training service for our clients where they have all the benefits of an in-house training department without the overheads. We work hard to understand our clients training needs through contact with training coordinators and directly with staff both prior to and after training courses.
What we do
Our trainers are highly trained and motivated to help each individual reach his or her full potential, they are a mixture of employees and associates. All trainers have been chosen for their personal values and strengths in specific areas, e.g. in Management and Personal Development - change (personal and organisational, leadership, supervisory management, training and coaching skills etc), as well as their experience, qualifications, proven track record and their focus on customer relationships.
Protech provides a range of funded training and commercial training, through Train to Gain and ESF funding. Please contact us to find out what funding would be applicable for the size and location of your organisation. We can also provide help at a strategic level to help uncover barriers to learning and will be happy to visit your premises to do a review of your current and future training needs.
Protech is highly regarded within the training sector and is accredited with the following:
- The ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management). To deliver the Team Leading and First Line Management qualifications
- OCR as an NVQ, Skills for Life and Key Skills Centre, offering NVQs in Leadership and Management, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Customer Service, Adult Information Advice or Guidance and IT.
- Protech is recognised as an Investor in People and hold the Matrix quality.
