Protech devise and develop over 80% of their own training materials. In the case of professional courses, management, CPD, ILM, IOSH and IT courses these are delivered under the guidelines of the awarding body.
The consultancy tailor-makes activity according to company and client needs, ensuring that the brief is fully optimised and the outcome is achievable. Prior to commencement of any contract, Protech undertakes a free 'training needs analysis' and agrees with the client a schedule of activity to be undertaken. This is then fully costed and a proposal presented to the client for approval alongside the fee structure.
